PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, highly efficient synchronous rectifying DC-DC converter power-supply unit in a small circuit size. SOLUTION: The synchronous rectifying DC-DC converter power-supply unit comprises drive circuits 5, 15 for generating a drive waveform different from the drive pulse of an oscillation/control circuit section 2; a first switching element 3 driven by the drive circuit 5; a second switching element 17 driven by the drive circuit 15; and a third switching element 20 that is connected to a second diode 21 of the second switching element 17 in parallel and is driven by the drive circuit 5.
