PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method capable of manufacturing a separator, etc., which is obtained by molding molded layers on both surfaces of a plate-shaped member, without taking much time, and apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: The injection molding method comprises a process for preparing first, second and third molds 41, 46 and 47, a process for holding a single separator member 16 between the first and second molds 41 and 46, a process for injecting a silicone rubber 59 in a cavity 50 on a surface side through a gate 52 to mold a surface molded layer 32, a process for replacing the second mold 46 with the third mold 47 before the surface molded layer 32 becomes hard and a process for forming a through-hole 30 to the surface molded layer 32 by injection pressure used for injecting the silicone rubber 59 through the gate 52 and filling a cavity 63 on a rear side with the silicone rubber 59 through the through-hole 30 to mold a rear molded layer 34.
