PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversity receiver which has partial circuits shared for reception of digital TV signals and analog TV signals to simplify the configuration and prevents out-of-step resulting from antenna changeover when receiving digital TV signals. SOLUTION: An antenna changeover means 2 which selects one of antennas 1 to input a broadcast signal from the selected antenna to a specific first mixer 3a when receiving analog TV signals and inputs broadcast signals from antennas 1 to first mixers 3 respectively when receiving digital TV signals is provided between the antennas 1 and the first mixers 3, and an analog reception part 6 for receiving analog TV signals is provided in a succeeding stage of the specific first mixer 3a.
