PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which prevents a user from making a careless telephone call to a malicious opposite party. SOLUTION: A service providing server 19 generates a telephone number list to which a telephone number of a caller discriminated to make a malicious call is registered and supplies it to a telephone 10 through the Internet 18, a telephone line network 14 or the like. The telephone 10 stores the telephone number list obtained from the service providing server 19, and confirms whether an objective telephone number is registered in the telephone number list or not when a processing operation for dealing with the telephone number such as an incoming call, a reading operation of incoming call history and a calling operation is performed.
