PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch controlling device capable of securing anoperability same as before disorder, even if a switch of high frequency of use and of an important function are in disorder. SOLUTION: An integral controlling unit 4 allocates functions of broken switches so that functions of a higher priority be main functions and those of a lower priority be sub functions, by comparing a predetermined priority of broken switches with those of the allocated switches.
