PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric hoisting/lowering device of an electric apparatus capable of relatively correctly controlling a stop position of the electric apparatus. SOLUTION: A motor control circuit 24 of this electric hoisting/lowering device 1 stops the drive of a motor 7 when a count value of a counter 23 for counting pulse signals outputted by an encoder 21 reaches a predetermined value indicating the lower limit value in lowering a luminaire suspended by a wire rope by driving the motor 7 to rotate a reeling drum.
