PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magneto-optical head capable of supplying three systems of control current to a movable part while keeping form tolerances and mounting tolerances of a suspension as those of the case of four suspensions, relating to the magneto-optical head or the like which radiates light to a magneto-optical recording medium and applying a magnetic field thereto which records information by being irradiated with light and applied with a magnetic field. SOLUTION: The magneto-optical head is provided with a stationary suspension 320 consisting of four suspensions 321 of which each one end is brought into contact with a stationary part 310 with idling disabled and another end to the one end is brought into contact with a movable part with idling disabled, and which support the movable part 330 and serve as paths for two systems of control current, and a half-stationary suspension 350 consisting of two suspensions 351 of which each end is brought into contact with the stationary part 310 with idling disabled, and another end to the one end is brought into contact with the movable part 330 with idling possible, and which serve as paths for one system of the control current.
