PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation used for orally administering cyclosporin and decreased in toxicity. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical preparation contains (a) the cyclosporin in an amount of about 8 to about 12%, (b) ethanol in an amount of about 12 to about 18%, (c) a polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene block copolymer in an amount of about 8 to about 12%, (d) water in an amount of about 4 to about 6%, (e) a solubilizer having an HLB of 13-15 in an amount of about 28 to about 40%, and (f) an ester of a 1-6C alkyl alcohol with a 14-18C saturated fatty acid in an amount of about 20 to about 30% all based on the total amount.
