PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocked steel member preventing dew condensation to a steel member used as a frame member of a building, preventing the rust formation of the steel member and preventing mildew formation and deterioration caused by the wetting of a board and plywood used as a wall material and flooring. SOLUTION: The steel member 10 used as the skeleton member of the building is used as a base material, and a flocked layer 15 flocked with short fiber is formed on the whole surface of the steel member.
