PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensile-member mounting structure for a wall surface, which slides a mounting mechanism, fitted with a tensile member settling with fill, along a vertical member in the settlement of the fill, relieves a force urged to act on a wall surface material, makes a structure of a reinforced soil wall avoid the action of a designed force or above on the wall surface material due to the settlement of the fill, and prevents the deformation of the wall surface material. SOLUTION: In the wall surface material, a plurality of respective side vertical members, which are vertically oriented and juxtaposed so as not to overlap one another, are fixedly provided on both sides of a plurality of horizontal members which are horizontally oriented and juxtaposed in the same plane; the upper wall surface material is engaged with the lower wall surface material, so that the wall surface can be formed; and the mounting mechanism for mounting the tensile member on the back side of the wall surface material is slidably provided on the vertical member.
