PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence with an enhanced commercial value, provided with a blindfold function, a light blocking function, a ventilation function, a sound massive appearance, and resistance against strong wind of respective blindfold boards and improving the strength of the whole. SOLUTION: Frame members 2 with H-shaped cross section respectively forming recessed grooves 4 at the upper and lower sides is installed with a vertical distance between supports 1. A translucent blindfold board 3 positioning between the frame members 2 is installed between the supports 1. The upper and lower end edges of the blindfold board 3 are respectively inserted in the upper and lower recessed grooves 4 of the cross frame members 2.
