PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid polymer composition for thermoforming, holding impact and heat resistance and having good moldability at thermoforming, a polylactic acid polymer sheet for thermoforming, and a thermoformed product using the sheet. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid polymer composition is a mixture of a substantially amorphous polylactic acid polymer and a crystalline polylactic acid polymer, and contains the amorphous polylactic acid polymer in more than 50% of the amount of the crystalline polylactic acid polymer.
