PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for white and light-color inner liners which is suitable for tires requiring an inward inspection of internal defects, especially those exposed to ultra-fast heavy loading, has sufficient adhesiveness to other parts and imparts good vulcanizing properties, including good durability, strength and gas impermeability, and a tire using the composition as an inner liner. SOLUTION: The composition contains (B) 35-200 pts. mass of a white filler to (A) 100 pts. mass of a rubber ingredient(s). A tire using the composition as an inner liner is also provided.
