PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize fixation of a vertical case and a spiral slope and to increase the quantity of balls stored in a small lateral width. SOLUTION: Engaged parts 18, 19 are formed to be recessed inside from the peripheral surface are formed at the end part of a central rod 3 in the spiral slope 5. Projected engaging parts 23, 24 are individually formed on the inner surfaces of semi-cylindrical cases 21, 22 constituting the vertical case 2, which are split into right and left parts like halved bamboo. When the two semi-cylindrical cases 21, 22 are combined, the engaged parts 18, 19 and the engaging parts 23, 24 are fitted to each other so that the spiral slope is taken in the inside of the semi-cylindrical cases 21, 22, thereby fixing the central rod 3 of the spiral slope 5 and the vertical case 2 to each other.
