<p>A board securing device having no arm part extending along the side edge of a printed board. When the printed board is inserted into a connector having spring contacts forming a contact array in the direction perpendicular to the inserting direction of the board, one end of the board is turned in the direction for pressing the spring contacts while touching it, and the other end of a corresponding printed board is brought close to the board securing device, the printed board having a corresponding cut at the edge part engages with a part protruding from a base part while engaging with a piece defined in the vertical direction from one side of the base part and is secured while resisting against the urging force of the spring contacts. The protruding piece regulates run out or swing in the horizontal direction with respect to a mother board, and engagement of the part protruding from the base part with the other end part of the printed board regulates run out or swing in the vertical direction with respect to the mother board.</p> |
