<p>Alkyl ether derivatives represented by the general formula [1] or salts thereof exhibit activities of protecting the nerve, accelerating nerve regeneration, and potentiating axon growth, and are useful as remedies for central and peripheral nerve diseases: [1] wherein R1 and R2 are each hydrogen, halogeno, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylthio, arylthio, alkenyl, alkenyloxy, amino, alkylsulfonyl, arylsulfonyl, carbamoyl, a heterocyclic group, hydroxyl, carboxyl, nitro, oxo, or the like; R3 is alkylamino, amino, hydroxyl, or the like; A is a five- or six-membered aromatic heterocycle or a benzene ring; m and n are each an integer of 1 to 6; and p is an integer of 1 to 3.</p> |
