The construction element for the house and office building consists of an insulating component with several equally spaced cavities (15) which for the creating of an inner support component (17) is filled with a graded concrete mix. The inner support component is formed from individual pillars with a round cross section, and the insulating component has a structured surface which is spaced from the respective reinforcing netting in such a way that a concrete mix introduced into the cavity, together with reinforcing netting on both sides of the insulating component, forms an outer support component (11).
