PURPOSE: A matching circuit is provided to stably drive loads without using a protector or control circuit even in cases where the rated current rapidly changes. CONSTITUTION: A first serial resonance circuit is constituted by connecting one end of a primary coil(L1) of a matching transformer(22) to the terminal where condensers(C1,C2) for distribution of square wave voltage of high frequency of an inverter are connected with each other, and connecting the other end of the primary coil of the matching transformer to the terminal where switching elements of the inverter are connected with each other. A second serial resonance circuit is constituted by connecting a secondary coil(L2) of the matching transformer in serial to a resistor(R2), a coil(L3), a condenser(C6), and a load. |
