Automatic plant (1) for producing tyres comprising: a manufacturing unit (2) having a plurality of work stations (6, 7, 8, 9, 10), each designed to assemble at least one corresponding structural component of the processed tyres; a plurality of devices (R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8) for transferring the processed tyres from one work station (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) to another work station (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) and for moving the processed tyres within the same work station (6, 7, 8, 9, 10); a vulcanizing unit (3) comprising at least one vulcanizing mould (34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) for the processed tyres; wherein said at least one structural component is supplied to at least one of said work stations (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) from a machine (711, 721) for producing said structural component through a dynamic storage unit (200, 300).
