<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process update and retrieval independently and in parallel, to exactly perform retrieval processing to the remaining data even when processing is interrupted by generation of a system failure, etc. in process of update processing and to determine that the data is the one at a state that the update processing are interrupted. <P>SOLUTION: Preset credit records of unit amount are registered (S102) by the number according to the balance of the new account in the case of registration of a new account (YES in S101). The credit record is constituted of a credit ID, a unit price, an account number. In paying-in/out of each account (YES in S103), paying-in/out processing is performed (S104) by additionally registering the number of credit records according to paid in amount, or retrieving, deleting the number of credit records according to paid out amount.
