PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading/recording device capable of decreasing the size of the device. SOLUTION: A second feeding means 19 is arranged in a downstream side in a feeding direction of the first feeding means 15 for feeding document 2 loaded on a first loading portion 11, and a sheet 2 loaded on a second loading portion 8 positioned under the first loading portion 11 is fed by the second feeding means 19. Between the first loading portion 11 and the second loading portion 8, and an image reading portion 28 and an image recording portion 1A, an electric equipment substrate 500 is provided. A document carrying passage R2 carrying the document 12 to the image reading portion 28, and a sheet carrying passage R1 carrying the sheet 2 to the image recording portion 1A, are joined with each other at the upstream side of the electric equipment substrate 500.
