<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method continuously manufacturing composite panels of arbitrary dimensions suited to an interior material and having non-flammability and impact resistance at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes two methods, or a method for continuously sticking a composite sheet comprising a decorative sheet and metal foil with a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin plate and a method for mounting the composite sheet comprising three layers of the decorative sheet, the metal foil and a cloth on fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin liquid, hardening the thermoplastic resin and continuously integrating them together so as to provide the long composite panel at low cost. The use of aluminium foil with the thickness of 50μm or less and a resin or resin-coated decorative sheet with a basic weight of 100 g/m<SP>2</SP>or less can provide the composite panel with non-flammability and the impact resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
