<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct an auction which prevents exertion in personal authentication procedure, the cost for it and the leakage of information accompanying it, and reduces the cost required for the transportation of an article. <P>SOLUTION: A franchisee and a business entity which is regarded correspondingly issue membership and a usage permitting certificate having a credit function. In the auction, these are used for identifying an identical person. Furthermore, with the business entity being a parent organization, an exhibition is deposited to an auction site in a shop of the business entity.
