<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate a desire of a design change of an orderer before construction start to a contractor in real time after design approvement is obtained by both the orderer and a design department. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, a construction company of a building for reporting a web side, a construction manager, a designer and computers or portable telephones at places in a construction site are connected via the Internet and mutual information exchange is performed in real time. The system consists of a design change plan creating means based on design change contents for a design change order of the orderer, a process change instruction means for transmitting a design change plan to the orderer and a price adjusting means between the orderer and the construction company. After obtaining approval of the orderer for the design change plan, information exchange is performed on a computer screen at the department concerned in construction progress processes after audit/approval of a supervising authority based on a working drawing and thus realtime integrated management is enabled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
