EXTRACTION METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTAMINANT CONTAINED IN SOLID MATTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an efficiency of treating a contaminant and reduce the volume of a sample containing the contaminant to be treated by selectively and primarily extracting the contaminant into an aqueous solution from the solid sample such as soil and deposit to be treated.

SOLUTION: The extraction apparatus for the contaminant contained in a solid matter comprises an extraction reaction vessel 3 for decomposing humus substances in the soil 1 by microorganisms or the like for transferring the contaminant into the aqueous solution in the state of being adsorbed on decomposed organic matters and a solid/liquid separating section 5 for separating a reaction liquid in the vessel 3 into solid and liquid to obtain the aqueous solution 4 containing the contaminant.
