<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet sorting transmission control method capable of preventing packets to be transmitted from concentrating in a specific communication path, and preventing a packet from being discarded although another communication path set between nodes has a band to enable communication. <P>SOLUTION: In this packet sorting transmission control method, when a plurality of communication paths are used to transmit a packet to a directly adjacent node, a communication path for transmitting the packet to be transmitted is selected from among the plurality of communication paths by using a Hash operation with a numeric value of a specified part of the packet to be transmitted.
