PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversity receiver which can receive digital TV signals and analog TV signals and prevents out-of-synchronization resulting from antenna changeover when receiving digital TV signals and prevents the occurrence of ghosts when receiving analog TV signals and has partial circuits shared to simplify the configuration. SOLUTION: A phase control means 12 is provided which relatively controls phases of first intermediate frequency signals to be inputted to an addition means 5, and approximately opposite phases are given to delay waves respectively included in the first intermediate frequency signals to be inputted to the addition means 5 when receiving analog TV signals, and almost the same phases are given to the first intermediate frequency signals to be inputted to the addition means 5 when receiving digital TV signals.
