PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone device having a microphone retained in a rubber holder, which allows the microphone to be easily mounted on an outside board, even if the microphone is miniaturized. SOLUTION: A microphone 12 has a microphone body 18 housed in an approximately cylindrical metal case 16 formed as the ground terminal with a plus terminal 42a disposed on a central portion of the lower end face of the body 18. This ensures a sufficient gap between both terminals disposed in a bull's-eye layout. The holder 14 has a bottom wall 14B extending around from its lower end into the lower end face of the microphone 12, and its peripheral edge and its central part are made of conductive rubber as a first and second conductive parts 14a, 14b being conductive to both terminals.
