PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray source capable of restraining an unwanted discharging phenomenon or turbulence of electric field at a power source part. SOLUTION: An insulation block 2A of a power source part 2 is interposed between a first plate member 3 and a second plate member 4 fastened to each other through four pieces of fastening spacer members 5. Since neither dielectric obstacles inducing discharge nor electrifiable obstacles inducing the turbulence of the electric field exists in the insulation block 2A, an unwanted discharging phenomenon or turbulence of electric field at the power source part is restrained.
