PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a switch response speed of a control valve 67 and to effectively inhibit the cavitation in main passages 19, 20. SOLUTION: When the switch valve 11 is switched from a flow position A to a neutral position C, a fluid motor 18 operates a pump to suck the fluid from the supply-side main passage 19 and discharge the same to the discharge-side main passage 20. Here, the control valve 67 is switched to a communicating position (right position F) to communicate a connection passage (complementary supply passage) 69 and a motor drain passage 73. Here, a large mount of a fluid leaked from the fluid motor 18 to the motor drain passage 73 by the influence of braking pressure, flows into the supply-side main passage 19 near the fluid motor 18 as it is, whereby the sufficient amount of the fluid is complementarily supplied to the supply-side main passage 19.
