PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of an on-vehicle electronic anti-theft device so that presence of the on-vehicle electronic device is hardly recognized by inverting an operation panel and setting a back side thereof to be a face side by omitting a key button to return the operation panel provided on the back side of the operation panel to a regular service condition. SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle electronic device, the projection of one key button 5 out of a plurality of key buttons 1 provided on a face 2a side of an operation panel 2 is set to be large. When a back side 2b of the operation panel 2 is pressed, the key button 5 with large projection is abutted on a casing body 3 side to detect that the operation panel 2 is pressed.
