PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular artificial knee implant system which can fix thighbone stem members at a neutral valgus angle. SOLUTION: This modular artificial knee implant system includes a thighbone constituent 12, thighbone stem, thighbone stem collar 18, adjusting sleeve 60, and bolt 16 and can be assembled by various methods. When the system is assembled without using the adjusting sleeve 60, the stem makes a valgus angle. When the system is assembled using the adjusting sleeve, the stem makes a neutral angle. The stem collar has the lower face at a prescribed angle against the upper face. The constituent includes a fitting rotation preventing member to fix relative positions of the members.
