PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-extinguishing tool capable of extinguishing the fire of a cigarette instantly and completely by using one drop of water. SOLUTION: This fire-extinguishing tool is constituted by installing a water-filling port and fire-extinguishing port at a small vessel, pouring water in it and plugging the water-filling port and closely sealing except for the fire-extinguishing port so as to be able to extinguish the fire of the cigarette with one drop of water instantly.
