PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egg-grading and collecting apparatus which can use the transport route of a transport means as effectively as possible to efficiently grade and collect eggs. SOLUTION: This egg-grading and collecting apparatus is characterized by disposing a transport means 1 for grading and releasing all eggs into a series of collection sections 2e to 2g with a series of grading and releasing means 2b to 2d, disposing another egg-supplying means 3a for newly supplying eggs on the transport means 1, and further disposing another series of egg-grading and releasing means 3b to 3d at the prescribed positions of the transport means in the transport means 1 and another series of collection sections 3e to 3g corresponding to the egg-grading and releasing means 3b to 3d.
