PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle for cargo works structured so that a gear motor is installed in the drive system of the vehicle, capable of widening the degree of freedom in forming the layout when the gear motor is mounted in the vehicle, compared with any conventional arrangement. SOLUTION: The industrial vehicle for cargo works is structured so that the gear motor 20 is installed in the drive system of the vehicle, wherein the gear motor 20 is structured so that its deceleration output shaft 55 is arranged eccentrically relative to the motor output shaft 45 and the motor part 40 and a reduction gear part 50 are consolidated.
