The non-magnetic drilling system has a drive part of a non-magnetic metal and a functional part provided by a drill with non-magnetic ceramic blades, the end of the functional part which is coupled to the drive part made of a non-magnetic metal, e.g. titanium, with a permanent connection between the non-magnetic metal and the ceramic material.
