NAVIGATION SYSTEM USING POSITION MEASURING APPARATUS LOCATED IN BRANCH ROAD

PURPOSE: A navigation system using a position measuring apparatus located in a branch road is provided to improve accuracy of a navigation by installing a GPS(Global Positioning System) indicator transmitting an absolute coordinates value at an approach point of each branch road. CONSTITUTION: Upon being installed, a GPS indicator(11) transmits an absolute coordinates value for a place. An image display device(12) indicates the absolute coordinates value on a map. A GPS receiving module(13) receives a GPS satellite signal. A wireless receiving module(14) receives the GPS satellite signal or the absolute coordinates value of the GPS indicator to transmit it the image display device. The GPS indicator is installed at an approach point of each branch road.
