PURPOSE: A coal feeder is provided to precisely control the feed of coal by controlling the driving speed of a rotary body. CONSTITUTION: A coal feeder is composed of a main body(10), a rotary body(20), an installation stand(40) to which the rotary body is rotatably mounted, and a driving unit(30). The main body includes a first body(12) connected to an outlet of a silo(2) and having a guide(12a), a second body(14) connected to the bottom of the first body and having a plurality of guide panels(14b), and a third body(16) connected to the bottom of the second body and having a discharge port. The rotary body includes a disk(22) rotatably installed at the bottom of the third body, an incline part(24) formed at the center of the disk, a shaft(26), and a plurality of coal introduction blades(28) formed at the top of the shaft and disposed between the guide and the guide panel. The driving unit is installed between the disk and the installation stand, and is engaged with the disk.
