<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system for optimizing balance between test accuracy and test speed. <P>SOLUTION: The computer system is provided with a first storage element for storing delay time and a delay manager constituted so as to receive a delay value, to respond to the delay value by a corresponding delay time value and to update delay time to the corresponding delay time value when the delay time value is larger than the delay time.
