<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer by which the prevention of the deterioration of a photoreceptor drum and the shortening of down time are made compatible. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 201 reserves different paper ejection bins for two successive pages to a paper ejection option controlling part 202, and receives paper ejection bin change time as its response. Then, the change time is informed as time delay before making the printing start instruction of a second page to an engine controlling part 203.
