<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layout editing system capable of editing a document displayed with a composition function of character string having the composition function with a plurality of parameters on a layout display and checking an edited result immediately on the layout display. <P>SOLUTION: For executing layout editing, a computer is used as following means; a registration sentence registering means, a registration sentence calling means with a registration sentence calling function for calling a registration sentence corresponding to the registration sentence calling function of the character string with composition function having N pieces (N is 0 and natural number) of parameters, a registration sentence developing means, a layout display means, a layout editing means for selectably editing an arbitral character string so that the arbitral character string becomes the N pieces of parameters in a document including the character string with composition function, a registration sentence selecting means and a character string with composition function forming means for forming the character string with composition function having N pieces of parameters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
