<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect production information independently from a device or the like of a production line side on a production control system which grasps production status of a prescribed product from the production information from the production line and conducts a production control such as production information management, process control, or amount-of-production monitoring. <P>SOLUTION: A production management processing means 11 and a photographing camera 12 are prepared for a prescribed production line, a prescribed number of prescribed elements of shape of a product 25 in a final stage are stored in a factor-of-decision storing means 39 as factor-of-collation information of each stage up to the final, the element part of the shape of the product in the final stage is photographed by the photographing camera 12, the factor extracted from the photographed data and the factor-of-collation information of the corresponding product stored in the factor-of-decision storing means 39 are sequentially collated, and the shape of the product in the final stage is specified by the identical or approximate factor-of-collation information and the production status of the production line is grasped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
