<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the design time by providing a method for executing a process for forming an authorization application view of a building and a process for performing the detailed design of exterior and interior finish in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: In a sketch plan formation process 1, sketch plan data are formed by drawing the skeleton or the like of the building by the use of a three-dimensional CAD system 7 and drawing the partition or the like in the building by the use of a two-dimensional CAD system 6. In an authorization application view formation process 2, the authorization application view is formed on the sketch plan data. In an exterior detailed design process 3, the detailed design of the exterior is performed by use of the three-dimensional CAD system 7, and in an interior finish detailed design process 4, the detailed design of the interior finish of the building is performed in parallel by the use of the three-dimensional CAD system.
