<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared analyzer having high versatility and high resolution with high measurement precision to a plurality of measurement targets regarding the infrared analyzer for measuring the concentration of a specific constituent in each kind of fluid. <P>SOLUTION: In the infrared analyzer for measuring the concentration of a specific constituent in a sample by a light modulation method, a sample fluid and a reference fluid are switched at a constant period differing from the modulation period for introducing to the cell section of the analyzer, the fluid switching period is in synchronization with the modulation period, and detector output of both the periods is provided. Especially, the concentration difference to a specific constituent in the reference fluid is preferably and continuously measured by the fluid modulation system utilizing the switching of the fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
