PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply which can improve the output precision while the manufacturing cost is reduced. SOLUTION: A reference voltage generator circuit in the switching power supply includes a circuit having a plurality of Zenor diodes, thereby lowering a plurality of times the output voltage of the switching power supply to a reference voltage by the plurality of the Zenor diodes. Since the stable output voltage of the Zenor diode becomes the power supply of the Zenor diode of a rear stage, the Zenor voltage of the Zenor diode of the final stage is not affected by the influence of the change of the output voltage of the switching power supply. A Zenor voltage of substantially 5V is used for the Zenor diode immediately before outputting the reference voltage, the characteristics include the temperature coefficient nearly zero.
