PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously obtain a D/A converter capable of converting a plurality of digital signals to analog signals, depending on a use condition. SOLUTION: Current matrix cells 1, 2 are divided, corresponding to the number of digital signals for performing D/A conversion. A few bits for constituting each digital signal are applied to the current matrix cells after division, and a control circuit 7 is provided for applying the remainder few bits constituting each digital signal only to the weighted cells 3-6, of which the number is equal to the number of digital signals for the D/A conversion.
