PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for evaluating the quality of network speech communication, which efficiently perform arithmetic processing about speech quality evaluation data without having the configuration complicated. SOLUTION: The equipment for evaluating the quality of network speech communication comprises speech terminals 3 connected to a communication network and a network speech communication management device, and each speech terminal 3 has a voice speech means 18 for performing voice speech with voice packets through the communication network and a speech communication quality measuring operation means 15 which measures/operates speech quality evaluation data related to voice speech performed by the voice speech means 18, and the network speech communication management device is connected to the speech communication terminals 3 and has a speech communication quality evaluation data collecting means which collects measured/operated speech quality evaluation data.
