PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for timely generating a hot water wherein a solar battery and a circulation pump are combined for producing the hot water from solar light (heat) and the water in the hot water tank is transferred to a heat transfer pipe facing the sun, and a device for warming air with the hot water in the hot water tank wherein a clearance is provided between the hot water tank and a heat insulator and an air conditioning fan is used for sucking air from the clearance. SOLUTION: In the hot water generator, the heat transfer pipe is provided on a roof facing the sun. The circulation pump is rotated with solar battery voltage for feeding water in the hot water tank to the heat transfer pipe to generate hot water which is trapped into the hot water tank. In the hot air generator, the clearance is provided between the hot water tank and the heat insulator. The air conditioning fan is used for sucking air from the clearance and the air is warmed by the hot water in the hot water tank. The warmed air is utilized for air-conditioning operation.
