摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage combustion device enabling coexistence of the minimization of NOx by using excessively rich mixture with an excess air ratio near an inflammable limit and assured ignition at the start of combustion. SOLUTION: A pilot flame 82 is formed by igniting fuel gas blown out from the recessed part 8 of an air blowing part 4 by electric spark from the tip electrode 91 of a discharge igniting device 9. The excessively rich mixture blown out from flame hole parts 5a and 5b is ignited by the pilot flame in the state of being guided by a guide wall 6 and mixed with the secondary air from an air blowout port 41 at a projected end part 40 to form a burner port flame 51 in insufficient state of air at a burner port part so as to start combustion. Then, the combustion gas including unburned components produced from the burner port flame is guided by the guide wall and allowed to flow to the air blow part, and completely burned by the secondary air from the air blowout port.
