PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent electroconductive film-forming coating material for forming a film having improved utility by not only excelling in transparency, electroconductivity, antistatic properties, and electromagnetic wave shielding properties but also remarkably excelling in environmental resistance such as salt water resistance, acid resistance, oxidation resistance, and ultraviolet resistance by the use of a base metal which much exists on the earth and costs little, to prepare a transparent electroconductive film which excels in the above properties or an antireflection effect as well in addition to the above properties, and to provide a display having this transparent electroconductive film.
